Our engineering courses are designed to allow you to gain these vital skills in our engineering facility
which includes conventional and computer controlled machines, computer aided design suite, excellent welding facilities and electronic laboratory. You will get the chance to learn about all aspects of the industry as all courses adopt a multi discipline approach to engineering that helps you decide which branch of engineering you would like to follow.

Our curriculum follows the requirements of engineering apprenticeships and we have a proven track record of working with local employers to help them train future generations of engineers. You will gain hands on experience, working in well-equipped workshops where you will learn traditional skills as well as computer based engineering skills.
Our courses are tailored to you
All you need to do is apply for the subject of your choice and we will work out the level of course with you, using your predicted and actual GCSE results and other qualiﬁcations. Maths and English are essential subjects, if you missed out on gaining an A-C grade at school these will be studied alongside your main course to give you more opportunities in the future.
Whatever level you need to start at, if you just missed out on a grade or if you need more stretch and challenge, our courses will be tailored just for you to ensure your learning success.
We offer qualiﬁcations up to Level 3 in engineering.
UCAS points are available upon completion of the Level 3 course. You don’t have to go far you could choose to continue your studies with us. If your looking at getting in to the workplace straightaway we offer an Apprenticeship pathway.
