Our courses are tailored to you

All you need to do is apply for the subject of your choice and we will work out the level of course with you, using your predicted and actual GCSE results and other qualifications. Maths and English are essential subjects, if you missed out on gaining an A-C grade at school these will be studied alongside your main course to give you more opportunities in the future.

Whatever level you need to start at, if you just missed out on a grade or if you need more stretch and challenge, our courses will be tailored just for you to ensure your learning success.

Courses in music are offered from Level 2 – Level 4.

What next?

UCAS points are available upon completion of the Level 3 course, so if you want to continue your studies in music, you can specialise in a specific area of music at one of many universities across the UK. Alternatively, here at Scarborough TEC we offer a Level 4 artist development programme and in 2017 a BA (Hons) Creative Music degree that teaches everything you need to know for both performance and production giving you the option to diversify your career.
