This course is available at Level 4 and is the perfect extension to our current Catering & Hospitality programmes and will help you develop your leadership and event management skills.

CTH Approved Centre

This programme, offered through the Confederation of Travel & Hospitality (CTH), will give you the opportunity to train for a prestigious higher level qualification at a local college that comes with  rich history of training some of the industry’s top professionals.

Culinary Arts is a globally recognised and industry relevant qualification that will set you above your competitors and provide a springboard in excellence within the industry. Supported by industry partners including Gordon Ramsay, Leith School of Food and Wine amongst others.

The curriculum has been designed to provide practice in a wide breadth of skills, including not only cooking but also menu preparation, event planning and time and budget management.

English & Maths

If you haven’t achieved a GCSE Grade 4 (C) in English and/or Maths you will be required to either; take a Functional Skills qualification if you have achieved a Grade 1 or 2, or retake the GCSE if you’ve achieved Grade 3. You will be fully supported by our specialist team ahead of taking the exam.
