A career in Early Years will open the door to a world of possibilities.

This hugely important vocation could see you play a part in creating the foundations of a child’s behaviour, education and aspirations. If you have a natural affinity with children and want to develop that into a career then our childcare course will equip you with all the practical skills required to progress in to a job. You will study child development and communication as well as working with children in a variety of roles.
The Early Years course will cover child health, playing and learning, safeguarding, craft activities and supporting children learning literacy and numeracy in the early stages. Work experience plays a huge part on this course with placements available in nurseries and schools, all of which will enhance your learning experience and build your confidence, readying you for the workplace.
At Level 1 you will study for a joint Early Years and Health & Social Care qualification before specialising from Level 2.
