About this apprenticeship
They typically specialise in a technical, vocational or behavioural area and link learning to business objectives and performance. They work across private, public and third-sector organisations, collaborating with managers, HR teams and subject matter experts. The role can include specialist areas such as learning design, e-learning and blended learning, while supporting continuous development and future business needs.
This Level 3 apprenticeship is wholly work based and delivered through independent study and workplace visits by a Vocational Trainer Coach.
What you Will Learn
- Understand adult learning theories, group behaviour and different learning methods
- Use face-to-face, blended and digital learning effectively
- Identify and analyse individual and team training needs
- Design engaging, inclusive and suitable learning programmes and resources
- Plan and deliver training to learners with different abilities and needs
- Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, feedback and support
- Evaluate training effectiveness and use feedback to improve learning solutions
- Communicate professionally and build strong relationships with learners, colleagues and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with L&D, HR and wider business teams to achieve results
- Stay curious, adaptable and resilient while supporting business goals and responding to changing needs.
