*Funding Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be aged 19 or over before the start of the academic year
- Candidates aged 19-23 must already hold a full Level 2 Qualification
- Candidates must have lived within the EU for the last 3 years and have permanent residency within England
- Candidates must not be enrolled onto any other course and must not have completed their chosen course previously
- Candidates must be resident in areas of England that are outside of the devolved authority areas
