About the BA (Hons) Fine Art course
The BA (Hons) Fine Art course teaches traditional painting and drawing skills to enable students to become highly skilled artists, sought after teachers and effective practitioners in the creative industries.

What you will learn
The course is modular in design. Each year is 120 credits. Modules are 20 and 40 credits. These modules are designed to give students progressive painting, communication and research skills on level 4, 5 and 6. Modules include Methods, Materials and Techniques, Analytical Drawing, Studio Practice, Essay and Exhibition of Final work.
Students who have graduated from the course have gone onto become professional artists and creative practitioners. Students have also gone onto study for an MA or entered into teaching.
