Our Uniformed and Public Services course offers you a great insight into life as a member of the police, fire brigade, navy or other services such as the army or air force.
“I’ve always wanted to become a police officer and help the community; there are different roles and it’s an exciting career. This course has given me a bit more insight into what I’m pushing myself towards before throwing myself into university or going straight into the police. It’s amazing; the course is really fun, you meet a lot of interesting people and the tutors are great. I would advise anyone to for it – take that leap.”
Crime & Society Academy
“I chose this course because I have an interest in true crime and found the subjects sounded interesting. I’ve enjoyed learning more about the world around us, politics and the justice system and developing sociological knowledge. I’d recommend this course; the tutors work hard to ensure we learn everything required and I’ve enjoyed my time at college and making close friends. I’ve now got a place studying History at King’s College London, which is my dream university, and from there I’d like to go into law.”
