Engineering

Scarborough TEC provides a variety of engineering courses that blend theoretical learning with hands-on practical experience. The theoretical component imparts knowledge, while the practical aspect offers valuable hands-on experience. Our courses cater to specific areas of engineering, including Fabrication and Welding, as well as Motor Vehicle studies. The potential for applying engineering expertise is limitless!

I really enjoy it; I don’t really like sitting in a classroom, I like doing something. The workshop facilities and support you get here from tutors is all really good.”

“I started at another college but came here after finding a new passion in automotive. I bought a 1991 Peugeot 205 off my previous boss as a restoration project, which inspired me to join the course. It’s been brilliant; they’ve taught me a lot more techniques, so it’s really brought on my set of skills. The facilities are second-to-none compared to other colleges and the workshop time has been brilliant.”
